PERFORMANCE BOOSTER FOR REFLUX & SUPER REFLUX STILLS
 An extension column has become available recently which dramatically improves the performance of Reflux & Super Reflux condensers.
Although it is not essential for a reflux or super reflux owner to buy one, the benefits it would provide are:
- It improves the quality of the alcohol produced
- It increases the yield of alcohol produced
Typically, for a 6kg wash, the super reflux will produce 3.1 ltres @ about 80%
The same condenser with an extension column fitted will also produce 3.1 litres but the alc% will be over 90% which means you are extracting about 12% more alcohol & the quality will be noticeably better.
